Precision assembly

Visual inspection
The vision system is deeply integrated with the robotic arm. Before grasping, "real-time positioning compensation" is performed through vision, which can accurately grasp the material regardless of the deviation of the incoming angle.
After assembly, AOI optical inspection or AI deep learning models are used to instantly filter out appearance defects, missing parts, and polarity errors to ensure high shipment yield.
High-speed pick-up and drop-off
Employs lightweight Delta parallel arms or high-speed SCARA arms, combined with dynamic conveyor belt following technology.
The arm can accurately grab products in motion and complete the alignment or packing without stopping the conveyor belt, significantly reducing cycle time.
